Registrations, Confirmations, Transfers, and Refunds
Register online or send a paper copy to the camp office.
If filling out a paper registration, fill out both sides of the registration form, and be sure to SIGN the form. Your information will be entered electronically into the registration database and an account will be created for you if you mail in a form.
When registering you must pay a $30.00 deposit in order to process your registration. All registration fees must be paid in full by the first day of camp.

Campers will receive a confirmation e-mail when their registration has been received.
An informational Dean’s letter will be sent later to inform campers of event specifics.
*A $5.00 transfer fee is charged for changing Camp Weeks.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your camp event.
For cancellations made 11-30 days prior to the camp event, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund minus a $30.00 deposit fee.
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT (EXTENDED):
$20 off if registered by May 16th for full week youth camps ($10 for one to three-night youth camps)
BRING A FRIEND DISCOUNT:
Campers who “Bring a Friend” (who has never been to RRCC) will receive a $30 discount ($15 for one to three night youth camps) for each new camper that registers for youth camp. The camper that does the inviting will receive the discount.
MULTIPLE CAMPER DISCOUNT:
If your family sends multiple registrations you can save money.
Receive $5 off each registration!
The registrations can come from the same camper going to multiple weeks of camp or from one family sending multiple children to camp. (Must send all registrations together.)
